I’ve been running now for about 6 months and for a little while i’ve been thinking about how to challenge myself. Last year I had a big weight loss goal in mind and that kept me motivated over 12 months. While i’m still getting to the end of that goal (i’m just a few weeks away from losing 10 stone) I knew i’d need a goal to keep me motivated again this year.
I’m back from my Christmas break and after nearly two full weeks of relaxation and great time with my family i’m ready to get stuck in to 2018. I’ve definitely over-indulged over the last week and feel a bit rubbish thanks to all the mince pies, trifle, wine and cheese, so i’m actually looking forward to getting back on track.
